I've been playing this remix since its conception and imo, probably, the best remix of the century. Mad fucking talent, capturing the magic of the KH verse, and the little sprinkles of the other songs in here, really takes the cake. Fucking stellar work here. I'm still surprised this isn't even official lol cuz I get a lil sad hearing the OG DTT and it doesn't have this magic. No shade to Utada though, love their music, but this remix elevates the track to a whole nother level. Only gripe I have is, the track is not on spotify, but that is a minor gripe. Everything about this is 100/10.

It manages to have a lot of the stylings from Simple and Clean as well as Sanctuary while still being its own song. I haven't even played KH3 but I was obsessed with 1 and 2 back in the day on ps2, bought them on release day and still have them somewhere... This song is so beautifully nostalgic, like it makes me feel the magic of those games all over again, just like when I hear the credit version of simple and clean... before the internet I used to complete the game just to hear that song. Even though this is a remix it captures the feel of KH so much better than the original and I love how there's various themes in your remix from previous games. I remember seeing the ending with the 3 swordsman and waited forever to see what it was about until I eventually forgot about it all... I really need to play KH3 now and relive the magic

Of course it has, it would make sense if the original wasn't intended to have a style fitting to the game, after all it comes from a full length Utada album, the english version's lyrics were heavily modified and it ended up being changed from Opening to Ending.
