You really should look into an anchor trolley if you want to have the anchor either in the back or the front interchangeably. Super cheap upgrade that's a game changer!

Spot lock changes the game on my yak , but I still use the paddles if I want to be stealthy ...honestly being quiet and getting in the back water is the reason I got into using a kayak

Been using War Eagle Finesse jigs for 2 years now and absolutely love them (Thanks Randy!) They work great for Spotties and Sandies out in the Harbor as well.

I need to get the jig out more often. I have a few finesse jigs and several others in great looking colors I want to try. I've really been digging the Berkley Power Bait jigs, especially their swim jig- good colors, good shapes, and very nice hooks.
