Don’t Throw Your Overripe Plantain Away/ Nigerian Plantain Mosa

Hey Foodie! You’ll definitely love this plantain Puff Puff recipe!
Ingredients
2 overripe plantain
2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup of water
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup of flour
Vegetable oil to fry

How to;
1. Add yeast to warm water to proof
2. Mash overripe plantain
3. Add Chilli pepper, salt , onions powder, and milk
4. Mix together
5. Add proofed yeast
6. Add flour and fold in mixture
7. Cover and allow to proof for 20 minutes
8. Fry and transfer to a paper towel
9. Enjoy!
