Backrooms Level: 8324 Beachside Apartment Class: 1 Safe Secure Minimal Entity Count The level known as beachside apartment seems to be an easily survivable level with a parking lot layout on an apartment located near a beach. This, however is not known if the actual beach or anything else exists outside of the level since it has been impossible to find a way to the pool. The environment itself has a late 70' to mid 80's layout, the colors are that of a pastel yellow very soft to the eyes, to a pleasing, minty turquoise hue on certain areas. Some of the walls and floors on the halls are covered with turquoise tiles, although the tiles seem to vary in color depending of the observer. The entire level has a fragrant scent that of salt water, pool water, and sunscreen. However, no way to leave the lower area has been logged. The day cycle has been unanimously reported as static, as if stuck during the day. The temperature is around 25 degrees celsius to 29 degrees at its peak or 77 to 84 farenheit. The heat is mostly dry according to everyone who visited this level despite the level being in a suspected humid location. It is possible to see varying amounts of sand in the level, from small grains to big piles. There is no information of where this sand comes from or how it got there. Although there is no reported way of entering or leaving the parking lot itself, cars spawn and despawn perfectly parked, if travelers should approach the vehicles they won't emit any heat from the location of the engine nor any area, indicating the vehicle hasn't been moved. The type and amount of vehicles can vary. From standard sedans of various colors, sports cars, caddies, pickups, pedal cars, bicycles of different sizes, campers, among others. No matter the size and type of the vehicle, they only spawn in empty parking spaces and perfectly aligned. Another fact about spawning or despawning of present vehicles is that the phenomenon only occurs when nobody is within observable radius. Vehicles can be locked or unlocked and one can find beach related objects or resources inside. Among the objects one can find are: beach balls, parasols, plastic chairs, inflatable pool toys, coolers with almond water, and even cooked food such as fish and chips, oysters, shrimps. Staying for too long in the car can cause hallucinations. A couple travelers reported seeing family members, others have said they left the apartment and drove through an empty road with docks, boulevards and beaches nearby. It has been confirmed that staying long enough in a car can lead to exiting the level, this however is discouraged since there is a chance of appearing in the Highway level. The main light source of the parking lot comes from an open vertical space on the wall, it is possible to see the pool from the openings independently of the beholder's position. However, the walls and ceiling will raise in size if approached too much, rendering it impossible to access the aforementioned area. Staring too long at the pool also causes a growing urge to find the pool. Despite the toll on sanity no sighting of wretches have been logged. It is suspected that wanderers here don't become insane, just obsessed with the pool. Along the main area, wanderers might find doors with decorative shutter panes that aren't see through. The majority of these doors lead to pristine bathrooms. These bathrooms seem to generate randomly unless there is someone already inside. Lavatories range in size and layout, varying in content and privacy. Albeit rare. It is possible for bathrooms to generate without separators and with components glitching through others, making it possible to see sinks phasing other bathroom equipments. Showers normally spawn in the bathrooms and they can be open or more private. Despite the changes in layout, all bathrooms are cleaned and reset upon exit, and thus far no foul smells nor dirt have been recorded from the restrooma The showers' and sinks water is safe for consumption in limited quantities due to the amount of chlorine. Despite the chemical composition, the taste doesn't differ of that of almond water at all, except for a mild hint that might go unnoticed. Lobbies Some doors instead of leading to bathrooms lead to the lobbies, these are lobbies with a higher chance of manifesting with a cream tiled floor, a big palm tree fan, air conditioning, beige walls, paintings related to tropical imagery, spacious leather couches and typically one vending machine. Some waiting rooms are bigger than others and present extra commodities such as coffee machines, bathrooms accessible through a separate door, beds, etcetera. Also, these rooms often hold one of the multiple exits: a door towards level 11. Entities: Vending Machines: These will accept different forms of exchange depending on the type of machine. Usually these sell food and beverages, but might offer different kinds of equipment Vending machines will accept exchanging edibles for a "re-roll". The result is usually within the products' quality and type. These machines can be considered a level specific entity since there are circumstances they may devour a traveler. Harming the machines in any way results of the panel obscuring and sharp teeth forming from the tray area, a long black tongue will quickly trap the responsible of kicking or hitting the machine and subsequently devouring the person. This will make the machine drop a ranting amount of pure silver coins after. If a traveler offers a rotten or worthless product, the machine will take offense, the message "SCAM" appearing on the code output before eating what it considers the "SCAMMER", giving no amount of coins after the consumption process These vending machines become fond of returning clients. It has been reported that the more you trade with the machine, the more options it will give you. Re-rolling doesn't count and eventually the machine will stop accepting this option. These silver coins will be able to buy anything with only one instance despite the pricetag. The machines seems to also accept dollars, euros, or any precious metal aside from food and almond water. Note: Giving the machines almond water from the bathrooms will also offend them The Annoying One: Nobody has seen this level specific creature yet, but once it is nearby it triggers a sense of discomfort and annoyance, causing the urge to hide from whatever kind of creature it is. Not due to a feeling of danger, but not wanting to deal with it. A good hiding place are the bathrooms or lobbies hiding in a stall will stop The Annoying One from following a traveler. The creature will never come close to a lobby. Note: "encounters" only occur to lone travelers. However, nobody has ever seen, heard, or been attacked by this creature. Outposts: [pending] Entries: Dreaming, specially if you are in a beach side apartment [other entrances are pending/haven't been confirmed] Exits: Entering a car will lead to passing out. It might let anyone go back to level 11 or the highway. The doors on the lobbies will lead travelers to varying levels. Possible levels: [Pending] [*Notes: Thanks to InfinityMike for the level number idea. anything in pending can be suggested as long as it fits the level. You are free to create logs from this level as long as it fits. The number of the level will be added according to the one with most votes. Anyone can collaborate with this level as long as it makes sense with the setting. The only "hostile" creatures in this level are Vending Machines and they are only hostile when provoked/offended.]

@@zzirfamo24 This level was inspired on a "lucid" dream. Being able to leave the parking lot and the surroundings would kind of defeat the liminality purpose, same with people. The level is available for editing, so if someone comes up with an idea that matches the feeling of a liminal space with access to a pool or a beach with a "backroomy" feeling I could add that (depending on consensus and fitting the theme, of course). Thanks for the feedback! If your comment gets lots of likes and/or people agree with accessing the beach we could brainstorm a way to make that possible tho!

I just came across that level yesterday on the wikidot. It's kinda odd. Also there was an interesting object in the like object folder part on the wikidot describing something called "Leviathan's tooth". An item that has the chance to get you out of backrooms but due to the way it works and the possibility of dying as you use it it's in one of the groups possession and only the members or said group could use it... Sounds interesting.

Love learning bout the backrooms, thanks to you I've been introduced and hooked lol Storytime: Actually had fallen asleep listening to a backrooms playlist from you and ended up having a backroom dream lol maybe its a backroom maybe not but it was a huge skyscraper and once you choose to get on the elevator you randomly teleport to a level. The first level I got I was lucky cause it was a normal office environment with water and snacks and a few others just chilling there. It was a safe level. I had the option to walk down the stairs back to the lobby of the tower or continue and hope for a good level again....what I got next was a level where oxygen was being replaced with toxic gas and I had to break out of a boarded up hotel room and ran through dimly lit hallways trying to find the exit which was a bathroom full of fresh air but the door was locked. I had to run back and look for the key which is when I was found and chases by a creature that looked like a little girl that jumped on my back as I ran to the exit with the key but hey I made it out lol

I think ill make my own backrooms level Level: 1027 aka "A Night Out" Survival Difficulty: Class 1. No physical danger. No mental danger. Low dangerous entity count. Entities: Smilers, Mannequins (Level exclusive) faceless humans that pose no threat, usually dressed in some formal wear such as a tuxedo and dress. and Silent Staff (Level exclusive) faceless people that work at the level as either bartenders, janitors or security. Description: Level 1027 is a fancy high end modern ball room that has approximately 371km of space to explore. It is completly empty during the day with only Silent Staff janitors around the building. It has a few different rooms such as: dance floor, bar, kitchen, bathrooms, supply closets (rare) balconys (rare) and security rooms (very rare). During the daytime light shines from the large floor to ceiling windows and no entities are ever seen. You know when night time is approching because the places lights will slowly start to glow and the light that was shining through the windows will suddenly disappear and you will start to hear slow jazz fade in from the silence. When it is night time you will start to see Mannequins on the dance floor and the bar as well as Silent Staff as bartenders and security. Simlers will lurk in the dark places of the building such as dark hallways or un occupied bathrooms but they are easily avoidable because they will not go near the Mannequins or Silent Staff security guards. Resources: This level has a very high ammount of resources. Almond water can be found at every single bar as well as rations and on very rare occasions you can find royal rations. In the supply closets you can find no very useful items except cleaning products and mops. Security rooms are the best place to find useful items such as melee weapons, walkie-talkies and cell phones, on some occasions you will find items confiscated from other people in there. Entrances: Being teleported by any level that will take you to a random level, in level 4 there is a very rare balcony that will spawn, walking on it will take you to here or on level 999 if you repent all of your regrets and the level thinks you have been a great person you can be sent here. Exits: Walking through a door labeled exit will take you to the previous level you were in, no clipping through a bar will take you to the snack rooms. Finding stairs that go up will take you to the next level. Jumping off of a balcony will take you to level 11 just outside of a night club that you cant get into (the same happens when jumping out of a window) and walking through a stretched out bathroom with graphitti on the walls for 3 minutes will cause you to blackout and wake up in level 1027.1. Bases: Since this level has lots of resources there are many bases here. M.E.G care package delivery center or M.C.P.D.C sends out care packages to nearby levels and drops them off to random people and has 43 people. The Bar Raiders take resources from bars and hoard them to live off of them, they are friendly and will offer you some rations and almond water, they have 20 people. Entity Hunters HQ they are very very friendly and will offer you food, water, entity resources and if they find any royal rations they will give you a little they have 56 people (because of how nice they are). There are also smaller colonies but they dont have more than 10 members. M.E.G Research Notes: There are no recources at bars during the day. Janitors will sprint to the nearest janitor closets when night time is near, they will just tightly pack themselves into a closet until it is full. Dispite having no mouthes or ears or eyes Silent Staff members such as bartenders will obey requests by the person when asking for something like water or food and security will nod or shake their head when being asked questions, also you can actually have a dance with the Mannequins when asking them, in some cases they will walk up to you and hold out their hands in a way asking you to dance, in fact all Mannequins seem to have the intelligence of regular humans. If you attempt to attack any of the Mannequins a security gaurd will chase you and beat you upside the head with their batton until you go unconscious, you will then wake up in the next level with the weapon used in the assault missing and (depending on the offence you commit) you will have either a ticket being fined 1000$ or if you killed one of the Mannequins you will have a note telling you to show up in court the next day although when you return after commiting an offence security will not kick you out until you commit another crime. Day and night work differently in the level, day lasts 1 hour and night lasts 2 hours. If 2 people get into a fight in front of security they will come over and knock them both out of the level Discovery: A random explorer walked on a balcony on level 4 and got sent here he reported it to people at a M.E.G research center, they later sent out a scouting team to set up a base. Conflicts: A large war was conducted on this level know as the "Level 1027 entity war" where 220 security gauards, 89 people took part in and a special level exclusive entity that no one has ever seen before that people call Silent S.W.A.T which are Mannequins wearing full body armor and face sheilds with automatic rifles they had very extensive military and combat experence and were a great help to the war, about 90 security guards, 6 Silent S.W.A.T and 14 people died but they managed to kill about 430 hostile entities before the entities retreated back to level 1027.1, a strange event happened, after the war the Silent S.W.A.T members gave bronze stars to everyone (including security members) that partook in the war and war hero medals to anyone that risked their life for someone else. Another event happened 6 hours after where everyone was invited to a ballroom where a sort of funeral happened for everyone that died in the war their bodied were laid out in a burial like manner and a makeshift stage was constructed from an unknown wood resource and a human was invited on stage to give a speech before trumpets were heared as the bodies slowly sank through the floor like they were being buried the next day all of the Silent S.W.A.T members were gone, the stage was gone but the security that took part in the war now wear their metals and salute anyone that wears one of the metals. A few weeks after the war a seige was conducted on level 1027.1 called "The push-back" in retaliation.

Heres my replacement for level 78 Level 78 Class 5 Unsafe Unsecure High entity count Level 78 takes the form of a bar but in upside down theres many thing that can be found in a normal bar in real life beer bottles are full of almond water theres doors that lead to diffrent bars but in upside down Sometimes theres music and chattering playing commonly the music is free bird by lynrd skinyrd and one wanderer reported hearing paradise city by guns n roses the entites spawn on the roof means that they gonna fall on their head which can buy you some time Enitites:hounds skin stealers death rats This level also has a level exlusive entity and its called bartender which is a faceling that dressed like a bartender After 3 hours the chattering is gone then you feel paranoid this change cannot revert back with almond water after 4 hours the floor tiles is gonna drop and reveals an elevator shaft that is 90 floor long Entrances:find a building named bar in level 10 or 11 Exits:find a red door only spawns after 3 hours its in one of the other bar

Keep up the great work 👍👍 I made a level that’s called “Unknown Canal” Or known as level 3.1313 It’s Class undetermined because many people have described multiple entities like hounds and M.E.G drones that have not seen. And there are so many glitches and hallucinations. And it is a canal with purple/ pink water and the sky is just pink, magenta, purple. Enter/ Exit You enter it by going to sleep while you pour almond water all over yourself and when you wake up you’ll be here in a boat. You exit by doing that same process or you go to the of the canal which is 3,500,400,568 miles away and you’ll end in levels 1, 4, 7, 8, 444 The only confirm entity is the glitch flyers and they just fly above you. They are basically flies that are glitchy and some times are no clipped together. There are no bases or groups here because if you try to go on a ledge you will get pushed off by nothing

Ooh I just got an idea for a level! Totally random buuuuut: *Level wretch* Level wretch Is a level with tall, wide rooms with a wallpaper not unlike the one in level ! and has almost no resources such as almond water or lucky o’ milk. The rooms are about 500- 1000 miles wide, depending on the room. There is quiet, yet mildly displaced music that varies to each person, it only plays in the Safe Zone. There are pipes running along the wall filled with a mix of liquid pain and liquid silence, the combination of them makes it so that if you touch the resulting liquid you will be unable to speak, and have the affects of liquid pain. The roof is extremely high up, and appears to look like the sky at the time of day you entered the Backrooms. The floor is a clean, tiled white kitchen floor, but very rarely there will be a section with damp grass as the floor. The grass is covered in liquid pain, do *not* go on the grass. The grass will also make you have hallucinations, so yeah grass = bad on this level. Very rarely though, the grass has a jackpot of supplies in it, and has no liquid pain on it, the only place on the level with any almond water, food, and/or lucky o’ milk. This level has no outposts or bases, is thoroughly explored by M.E.G, and is 100,000,501 miles long. There are 2 sections to the level; section one is the Safe Zone, as the name says it’s completely devoid of harmful entities. The Safe Zone has a strong light emitted from everywhere in it, but is very small, only one room. The other Zone is the Infestation Zone, it’s houses both types of entities, you loose sanity very fast here, and turn into a wretch faster then on any other level in the Backrooms. There are streetlights lining the walls, but they are placed about 5 meters apart from eachother, and have a very dim glow. A flashlight is recommended for Level Wretch. There are 2 entities on this level, one of them is unique to Level wretch. The entities are Wretches (duh), and False Wretches. False Wretches look like normal Wretches, but they are completely safe, and will show you the exit. But, these False Wretches are massively outnumbered by normal Wretches. The exit is in the heart of the Infestation Zone, surrounded by 5 fir trees. You have to stand in the middle of the trees, think about Level 1 and hold almond water, you will then no-clip through the floor to level 1. Should you mess up in any way, ALL the wretches will know your location instantly, and become extremely fast. Also, there is a circle of pear trees, that look exactly like the fir trees. If you even step one foot inside this circle, then you are teleported back into the safe zone, with no almond water. The only way to enter Level Wretch is to be sent here directly from level ! so basically, you have to have the worlds worst luck. You CAN turn into a Wretched in the Safe Zone, you are just teleported back to the Infestation Zone. Level Wretch is classified as a Level 5: Unsafe, Unsecured, and Infested with entities.

Backrooms Level 85 is a class 4 and an expansive labyrinth wholly made of an unknown polycarbonate that resembles poly(methyl methacrylate), or plexiglass, at a molecular level, but contains numerous unknown isotopes and heavy elements. The walls are partially transparent and tinted white, and one can see through the material for two feet before not being able to see what's on the other side of a wall. At irregular intervals, large rooms are scattered around the level that greatly resemble greenhouses or indoor botanical gardens, but all of the 'plants' are made of the same plexiglass that composes the rest of the level. These specific rooms also house a lot of the level's native entities. Entities Level 85's inhabitants consists of several entities encountered from all across other levels of the Backrooms, but the level itself also has a fair share of native entities. Colonies and Outposts There is only one known colony on this level. The Tourists The Tourists are a group of roughly two hundred Glowfolk that wander the level. They appear to be unaffected by the radiation emitted by polymer moths and have been seen handling them safely. They are friendly and willing to give safe harbor to wanderers that end up with them. They are also aware of the effects the polymer moths have on wanderers, and make sure to keep these entities away from any wanderers in their care. Entrances Aside from noclipping here, there are five direct ways to access this level. Doors with the word 'regnad' on them in Level 75 lead to this level. Pale doors inexplicably placed on trees in Level 700 lead to this level. Finding a white balloon in Level Fun and popping it will teleport you to this level. If you enter a pure white, slightly translucent building in Level 84, you will be taken to this level. Swallowing a brass button in Level 162 will teleport you to this level. Exits While there is no real reliable way out, chasing a stray polymer moth with wholly green wings for a long enough period of time will teleport you to either Level 375 or Level 171. However, you will end up in the former more often than the latter. Also, finding a door on the floor and jumping into it will take you Level 105.

That level is super dangerous and deadly but honestly really really cool. Personally I think my best bet if I were caught in that level would either be the Green Square Room with the moving laser wall, because I'm a good runner, or the Line Room of course.
