In reality I think is the opposite. Rrmember opening one, the one in shadows is nagatoro with blue eyes (true nagatoro, behind the "mask"). But here she got full of color (being herself) when poking senpai's face. At the end of the op, nagatoro is in shadows again and Naoto is trying to "save her" as if she needs him, but she puts her mask again, but she grab him letting him know she wants and maybe needs him. OR I'm reading too much into it, XD.
