Don't Try This At Home Fried Chicken

I'm breaking all the rules here, deep(ish) frying chicken on the Razor Griddle. Should you try this at home? Officially, no. But I did, and I can speak to the results - so delicious! Though, I could have been a bit more bold with the chicken - it was a little overcooked. Or perhaps, I should have just used chicken thighs, they're way superior.

That actually turned out pretty good haha. How much oil leakage was there?

I'd say about 100ml out of the 2 litres I used? It went straight back onto the griddle. I ended up with about 1.7ish litres back in the bottle at the end, so I guess some of that was wastage and some of that went into my body (I'll have to go for a run i think)

I love how you reiterate what an awful idea this is at the end while just beaming and enjoying the delicious results of your reckless behaviour. 10/10 will not try at home (my wife will kill me).

HAHA! yes it was an awful idea, but it had some unexpected kickbacks - dealing with the oil at the end was way easier than usual with the grease trap, and I liked that it heated up really quickly (compared to deep frying in a pan on the griddle). But yes LET THE RECKLESSNESS CONTINUE while I'm still allowed
