I've sensitive acne prone combination skin more on oily side but Anua 77% heartleaf toner turn out good for me. You are right if it doesn’t work for someone doesn’t mean it is a bad product!

About anua quercetinol cleanser, It's for oily skin people. Their official sites mentions it. You said your skin is dry type so you must have not used that product. Again it's not hate but still .

I did use anua cleansing oil mild and toner pad..idk which one but probly the cleansing oil broke me out like hell..my whole face got cover covered with tiny pumps..Not worth the money at all
