In today’s video, I am sharing this irresistible stuffed plantain nuggets that are perfect for snacking, parties, or as a side dish. These golden, crispy morsels are seasoned to perfection and super easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
2 overripe plantains
1 tsp minced garlic
3 scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)
1 small onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
4 tbsp corn starch
1 medium egg
Salt (to taste)
Smoked mackerel fish (as desired)
Oil for frying
TIPS
- Use overripe plantains for a sweeter flavor.
- Cooking the plantain first allows for a softer and smoother consistency
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
