Egg Sauce & Fried Plantain~ Easy Breakfast Recipe!

Hi everyone, In this video I share how to make this easy but yet delicious plantain and egg sauce recipe enjoy ❤️
INGREDIENTS:
3 plantains
6 eggs
3 plum tomatoes chopped
1 medium Size onion chopped
1/2 habanero pepper chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
2 Springs of green onions chopped
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
1/2 tsp vegetable seasoning
Oil to fry as needed
Salt to your taste

Made it. Lovely stuff. I added other spices like knorr (maggi), garlic powder to the egg mix. Eggs came out well. Measurements were pretty spot on. The ratios just went well. Thank you for sharing.
