Don came to London in the 70's and my mother, a huge fan, somehow managed to get on stage and before security threw her off Don stopped them and asked her what she wanted. A photo with you said and that picture was on the display for many many years. Amazing voice and amazing man.

I had the pleasure of seeing Don Williams live in Liverpool many years ago, it was not a big venue but the atmosphere was amazing. He had the crowd singing with him from the start and it seemed that everyone in the room knew the lyrics of every song. Great reaction to the song by the way 🙏

To me, Don Williams is the Country version of Bob Segar. Every song is one you want to hear again, And they all have lyrics worth paying attention to. Sometimes with a message, sometimes just a good story. But always with great music. Edit: I'm glad you guys got to check this one out. It's one of my favorites.
