A 600 lb bomb at Clover Braes, Donacloney, Co Down, Northern Ireland, on 1 June 1991, wrecked several houses and was felt over a wide area, causing distress, inconvenience and expense. Loyalist terrorist, Robert John Jackson 1948 -1998, born in Donaghmore, lived in the village.
Witness: "Police risked their lives to evacuate homes minutes before this explosion. Next day I saw people fall to their knees and weep at the destruction caused to their homes"
