Guys like Trump who file bankruptcy and walk away. And the rest of us, those who pay their bills get stuck making up the loss.

But you can get a Chapter 7 or 13. So whats the problem.

If you have a personal bankruptcy you are broke, possibly homeless and have to start over again, as well, but no protection. So therefore, incorporate, borrow lots of money on a faulty business plan, have a great time building a personal reputation as a great businessman while living like a wealthy dude until the money runs out, declare bankruptcy, and repeat.

Normal, meaning does it happen a lot? Yes. Normal, meaning is it an amoral practice? No, it's done to skirt the working class and the less powerful. Never sign a contract with anyone wearing a tie unless you have their balls in a set of vice grips.

Idea is move money to private account then file for bankruptcy That is easy way to make money

Donald Trump would have been better off to invest his inheritance into an index fund, and take a job as a carnival barker.

Jane got crazy but Trump did nothing wrong. I think you all missed the point of the video. Apparently Trump is really good at "legally" disappearing debt. Maybe we should learn and understand the laws on the books before we hate on him.
