Donald Trump Assassination Attempt: What We Know So Far

Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally, days before he was to accept the Republican nomination for a third time. A bloodied Trump, who said he was shot in the ear, was surrounded by Secret Service and hurried to his SUV as he pumped his fist in a show of defiance, mouthing 'Fight!' to the crowds as he was bundled off stage.
The man identified as the shooter in the foiled assassination attempt was a 20-year-old Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, a Pittsburgh suburb not far from the location of the campaign rally. Investigators were working to gather more information to determine a motive for the attack.

Anyone else find it ‘curious’ that while multiple gunshots were being fired at this rally, no one was trying to run out of there?! They just 'ducked' for a second or two and remained seated for the most part! There were even a few that actually stood up, though they weren’t going anywhere. Not a whole lot of screaming or panic either, only a little. And look at how slow Trump dropped to the ground. If someone was shooting at me, I felt myself 'getting shot' , I would get down a heck of a lot quicker! And we all heard Trump say, "let me get my shoes," when Secret Service was trying to remove Trump? Ones shoes are normally not a big concern, when shot at! Also notice that while Secret Service was trying to safely remove Trump from the scene, Trump pops his head up and raises his fist to pose for the cameras. Again, not a normal thing to do when you are being shot at. And another thing, Secret Service didn't check the rooftops? There were Secret Service Agents ON the rooftops. Another thing, this was a small town, and nobody noticed a guy toting a rifle towards the rally?! Really?! He was only a short distance away and NOBODY NOTICED? I call BS. I personally think this was staged. I am saddened that several people were hurt, and for lives lost; but something, seriously, still does not look right.
