Trump is such a bad reader. It appears that he reads like children do, word for word. Look at how he reads "... Intelligence communities .... conclusion ...." at 1:32. "Intelligence" first comes out as "intelligent". Then he reads the word "communities", so he adds "ce communities". Then there is a pause and he sees the sentence still has another multiple syllable word.
