I need to contact Al for a “Where’s the outrage “ story. My daughter was pushed against a wall by a boy at school and he forced his tongue in her mouth to try to get her to kiss him. Well they were both 8 years old at the time(Nov. 2023). My outrage is not that this is not a criminal act. I was told by the police department that since their age this is not a criminal act. I told the police I don’t want an eight-year-old boy to go to jail. I would like some corrective action done. I was treated as if I was a problem for advocating for my child. Where’s the outrage?

I do not want this child arrested, but his parent should know what’s going on. We shouldn’t have been treated as if this was not a big deal. If he was 18, he would be in jail. So where does it start? The police empathize with me or the officer that I spoke with empathizes with me and he knows what happened was not right, but there is no law against this. Even if there was a lot, I wouldn’t want the child arrested, but maybe he needs to be taught that this is not how you treat anybody. If nobody tells him at the age of eight, what is he gonna be doing or what has he done already and who taught him? I don’t understand why his parents cannot be notified of his behavior or since he denied it why can’t they be notified of what happened.

There is a difference between civil and criminal crimes. This is Trump's first criminal conviction. Several criminal cases remain that should put Trump in jail if he is not given prison time for this crime. We will have to wait and see.
