These guys are biased but trying not to look it. They are charted to be unbiased, the ABC has been grilled several times recently by the senate and asked to defend accusations that they are left leaning, as a result I've noticed the more obvious expressions of their bias has been removed and they have become more subtle and clever in concealing what they stand for. However just pay attention and it's quite clear they sing from the same song book as CBS, New York Times, the Washington Post, the Guardian et al. It is implied time and time again that to have conservative views is somehow wrong even though many many Australians have conservative views especially around cultural ' woke' issues. What is being done to Trump is obviously lawfare, how could it be anything other.

Try listening to Victor Davis Hanson- Stanford Uni, Hover Institute - latest. He is way more qualified than myself to speak to these issues. I've been left leaning all my life, I'm 51yrs, but all I see from the left these days is lies and deception wrapped in self righteous virtue. Just the way this show covers for Bidens decrepitude as ' old age' speaks volumes and btw I don't support Trump but by using the Law to remove a political opponent is sinister and dangerous.

They no longer hold any conservative values. trump has personally spent a decade (maybe more) deliberately undermining institutions that most old school conservatives consider important. The only conservative value they hold now is “pro life”, and trump is so uncommitted on that issue that half of the GOP have a problem with his views. Oh and hating minorities, they still strive to be as vicious and cruel on those “woke” issues that they always have been. What you call “woke” I call human rights!!!

I'd get windy if I ate a spicy beef curry and it was the first hot meal I had eaten in weeks...been there. Walked through a study hall corridor at uni this one time at writers cramp. The gut flora got their first taste of a solid meal, there was a mad rush for floor space in muh colon like a Gaza emergency food relief queue. There was a rude noise, it surprised me I turned around. You could hear the shrieks, the gagging and gasps, the staggered footfalls, the desperate entreaties for help, somebody yelled "call Security!" I had already found my class.

I am an Australian, and ashamed with this broadcast. How can they be so totally out of touch with reality. There is no conflict of interest. The jury will pass judgement. Both the Defence and the Prosecution have a fair crack at the selection process so suck it up. You don't know what you are talking about.

The judge should be recused for donations, and would have to be under Australian law if it was here. It is not only actual bias, but the reasonable apprehension of bias, that counts.
