I can see why. I had the privilege attending an LSU game when my team from out west traveled there a few years back. I think some people refer to that place as Death Valley.:⁠-⁠) They were the nicest, most hospitable folks I have ever had the privilege of attending an away game with. Out of the blue they invited us over to their tailgater, gave us some fine Southern hospitality. And I'd have to say every one of them were probably Republicans. When will we ever learn that these beliefs and misconceptions about the "other side" are never game changers?
