An accounting error that concealed an unnamed, unknown crime, which was how they were able to elevate the charges to felonies and Judge Mershan said it didn't matter what the crime was as long as the jury "thought" he broke some kind of law and was trying to hide it. Even against a regular citizen this would be an abomination of law but the fact that they did this to a former President and, at the time, Republican favorite/nominee, is one of the most monumental miscarriages of justice in history. And the rest of the cases against him aren't any better, the NY fraud case under Engoron/Letitia James might even be worse. I hope those people are disbarred, charged, prosecuted and firmly recorded in the history books as the scum they are. My children and grandchildren will know Letitia James' name.
