Craig sadly I feel your perspective on "inclusivity" is naive. Without the affirmative action bylaws in USA and in other countries, many of the MOST qualified people would not be hired. I’ve said this to another commenter and I’m going to put it here too. Does no one here consider that it’s a soul thing, not gender. It’s saddens me deeply to see what is supposed to be awakened people talk like this about people. We are souls, having human experience, we are not a gender, we only have body parts to procreate. Souls have both male and female energies and each time we reincarnate we bring them with us. Which is why we sometimes don’t feel right in our bodies because we’re souls and find bodies hard to be in. Sometimes our souls loved the past life so much it finds it hard to adjust to this. So please have an ounce of soul understanding and not put human religious biases on it. We’ve always had gender fluid people and we always will.

No. The worker's rights in the US are non existent. We have worked very hard in the UK since the 1700s for those rights with even children going hungry at times so we can have them. I lived in the US for 11 years and much prefer it here mainly because until recently, it didn't resemble the police state that the US really is.
