Sparring Drills #25: Adjusting your distance for turning kicks.

This video is aimed at intermediate level students. It shows you how to keep the right distance when doing turning kicks in free sparring. It shows you exercises to improve your footwork to enable you to adjust your distance quickly.
This video is part of a series on sparring drills, where I suggest practice drills to improve sparring techniques, combinations, strategies, footwork etc. The sparring drills are mainly focussed on Taekwon-Do free-sparring but can also be used for kickboxing or any similar martial art.

I will be showing the practical applications of each technique in my Taekwon-Do lesson series. There will more examples in the Taekwon-Do Sef-Defence series. The Sparring drills series have focused more on competition sparring but I will do some on real self-defence applications.
