Taekwon-Do Sparring Drills #18: Side Step Dodge

This video is aimed at intermediate level students. It shows you how dodge using two methods of side stepping and how to combine it with a counter attack in sparring.
This video is part of a series on sparring drills, where I suggest practice drills to improve sparring techniques, combinations, strategies, footwork etc. The sparring drills are mainly focussed on Taekwon-Do free-sparring but can also be used for kickboxing or any similar martial art.
