You are a standup dude! Honestly, my biggest inspiration. You're only a year older than me, but I look up to you. Hearing you opening up about your relationship with God only reiterated that for me.

Thank you for inspiring me, I have three kids and have an important career and responsibilities that few people could even comprehend but you have inspired me to keep getting up at 4am every day to run and some nights I lift, I want my kids to see it and think it’s normal to do all this and stay healthy. I’m no where near as impressive as you but I know I can squeeze in this fitness routine and I’m proud to be able to run 12 miles in the morning and bench 350 in the evening. Thank you again for everything and hopefully I can just keep “going one more”

It was like you were talking directly to me. I struggle to create boundaries with work and the non-profit I am involved in.

on the subject of creatine, I've always been curious...why does weight not effect how much you should take? Like why would a 150lb and 250lb person take the same amount? My only assumption here is access does not matter.

Is it good to take creatine for a 38 year old woman?

Hey Nick I'm pretty sure you'll never see this comment but if you ever wanna talk about the Lord let me know! I'm in San Antonio. I love Jesus and He's a treasure to me and I know people always need an ear 🙌 God bless you buddy!

You hit the jackpot with your wife. Hard to find a woman That will put up with that valley of despair. Of entrepreneurship. Either the marriage dissolves or you go out of business first
