In Liz Diller's talk, she talked about 1% of the time drawing and 99% of the time meeting and convincing people - a process which in her opinion is as creative as designing.

Presentation and feedback is definitely a discovery process...it informs the architecture at many levels and details of a project. One's openess to receive these 'interactions' is critical. lt is a guide and opportunity to develop the design into a meaningful and profound outcome for all involved.
