Very good tip. But, what about a thank you note once you get the job? Should you send the hiring manager a short note after they hire you to say thanks? If so, how different should it be from the interview thank you note?

Im trying to find a professonal looking virtual background -Im guessing something quite plain and uncluttered would be best-but Im struggling to find anything- is it acceptable to have your home if its tidy? Usually, I would ask for their business card after the interview, this is a good way to know the pronunciation of their name, title, e-mail (if you want to e-mail them) and the address of their company (if you write them).

I don’t think follow up letters are important. I just got a job and never sent follow up emails. I got passed over on jobs in the past that I did send follow ups. Being a great fit is more important than anything else. These videos are great though, hence me still watching after accepting an offer.
