Paul Shaffer on Bob Costas, ABC In Concert, August 1993

During the summer of 1993, between the end of Late Night and the beginning of Late Show, Paul Shaffer released his second CD, "The World's Most Dangerous Party." To promote it, he appeared on "Later with Bob Costas," which aired on August 19, and then on "ABC In Concert," broadcast two days later. Both are included here. At the end is an ad for the CD.
In one "Later" segment, Paul is self-critical when discussing Dizzy Gillespie's Late Night appearance from October 2, 1984. That performance ("Frelimo") is included here.
