I would clarify this isn’t his first LAN tournament, even for spirits main roster. They won betboom dacha last year even in a tournament with multiple t1 teams, there’s a lot to praise donk for but misleading people for hype by saying it’s his first lan ain’t it

Obviously he attended lans even before BB Dacha, so what? Kato is one of the most prestigious lan events and if anything, it makes it even more impressive as he’s 2 for 2 on hltv lans, both times mvp.

Comparing first pro LANs event to Not first lan event of Donk, either do one with first LAN of donk (dacha i think), or do one with the best tournament of each player, it would be more representative.

Okay I think for us to have a healthy conversation around DONK, can we wait till he completes a full year of competitive play to call him the best rookie of all time. As bit had one of the best rookie seasons. He’s so good I doubt it’s a one tournament wonder. We just gotta see how he adapts to teams actively counter strating him see if it’s as he was such an unknown factor that benefited his style of play.

I know donk is incredible but I still think he’s a bit overrated. If you watch the games closely he gets ALOT of eco frags which inflate his rating massively. Again he’s still crazy good but his rating is still higher than his actual performance

Best rookie of all time is a stretch to call,sure best rookie debut of all time but not best rookie yr of all time,zywoo still takes the cake for me. If donk can keep this level of performance in entire yr, than he will be best rookie of all time as well.

Donk is definitely cheating. 3:09 In the slow-mo, you can see he kills rain, then he toggles and locks on to ropz head through the box, and then adjusts to broky's head. 3:26 In the moment before walking out of smoke, he snaps onto ropz while gray screened 5:38 The most widely questioned clip, but not the most damning 6:05 The only time he sprays through that smoke happens to be the only time faze tries to be aggressive using that smoke 6:15 He pulls out a molly, but as broky is running in for an aggressive play, he instantly switches back to his ak and sprays as soon as broky hits his line of fire 6:29 He pulls a fucking Optic India and tracks rain through the fucking box! 9:14 He locks on to broky's head while gray screened 9:27 He locks on ropz head throught the walls 9:32 The most damning evidence. He begins his spray when broky jumps out of the smoke but accidentally locks on to rain who is still not visible behind a wall and in the smoke but then, donk transfers over to broky. 9:30 to see it slowed down.

Respectfully - how would a cheat like this be possible at such a high level LAN? If he is walling someone would clearly notice - also if you look at any top pro there will always be a few Sus moments in their games (especially if you're looking for them)

1. Antieco, comms, sound. Likely full-team rush. 2. Where would the planter be? B? 3. Extremely common spam, even if lucky to get 2 that clean. 4. Frozen ran to his position full tilt, what u expect lol. He’s done the exact same play in more games too, go watch demo. 5. Aggressive flash, what u expect. 6. X-ray is making u see things, what’s more likely, 2 stack red or spread out so 1 can flash the other in? Crosshair placement for yard not worrying about red. 7. They know pos already, and it’s just crosshair placement. This “lock on” you’re talking about, is he locking on not in his head and then strafing for his crosshair to be on or what? 8. Silver takes, do you know what crosshair placement is? All your locking on takes are shit, they’re not even on the player half the time you’re calling cheating. Holy shit actual brainrot.

gotta love when completely talentless people talk like this. it just shows you never felt "it" in counter strike. you are an NPC that dabbles around in gold nova with 1 second reaction times being blown away by donk plays, which leads you to believe hes cheating because you cant comprehend something like this exist. nothing he does is special or VAC. its just a no lifer that plays cs for his entire life that can move his mouse to pin point every bullet during a spray. and becaue he had 10k high elo games he knows where everyone is when he gets certain queues. again you cant understand that so you cry cheats.
