This song is soooo effective at carrying certain moods, it starts ominous and overwhelming, and then gets a mood shift into melancholy at 0:37, it drops to its lowest point at 0:55, it feels like you're down in the dumps. THEN at 1:11, things start looking up, the upbeat strings and trumpets coming up, the melody keeps building until it suddenly feels triumphant!!! Such a fantastic range of emotions this song can capture, very impressive!

I can think of a ton of games that do, Hades, Hollow Knight, Shovel Knight, Hat In Time and Baba is You to name just a few. Older games are great and I love them, but new games are still going strong, perhaps your just not looking hard enough.
