I'm fairly certain the K stands for Krusha. So King Krusha Rool, and K. Rool is supposed to bring to mind the word cruel. Good thing it isn't King Krusha Krool, that would be problematic.

Offically...the K in K.Rules name dosent mean anything..its just there to make his name sound like 'cruel' (so says the offical DK64 wiki)

There is a very poorly coded wall in the crusher shed, near the spider boss entrance, you can just walk right through. Kind of useless unless you want to beat the boss as donkey, for some reason, but cool none the less.

It was just a way of making him seem more important, that he'd added it to inflate his ego. In hindsight, it could have been something tonal like 'Kremling', or something deliberately out of character like Keith. What do you reckon it should stand for?"[

As far as I'm aware, if you had your hair up on one side, it would just be a side ponytail, since it's like a pony's tail. Why both is call pigtails is beyond me, but they could have called it the helicopter twirl/spin if Dixie didn't have that in Donkey Kong Country 2 🤷‍♀️

Idk if you'll show this in Dks episode but in the room with the crusher, right next to the mess of boxes theres actually a part of the wall with 0 collision so you can just walk through and get that DK banana without doing the lever puzzle. Also you can use that to dupe the Golden Banana so technically you can get infinite GBs. Wouldn't blame you for not showing that but i think it's pretty neat

You don’t actually need it to be nighttime to get Chunky’s blueprint and the balloon. You can just drop down to the platform from the top section of the mushroom.

I was able to use DK to move the conveyor belt to release the banana that ends up in a cage outside with a moon on it, but for some reason, using the belt to explode the barrels doesn’t prompt the lights on the wall to turn on, no matter which order I explode the barrels… help?????

Also I noticed that when I played the triangle on with triangle pad, it showed the part of the cutscene where the water wheels starts to move, but the spikey wheel inside never got activated. I was only able to activate the conveyor belt.

They're probably intended to be pie shaped pupils. It's an old animation thing that makes them look a bit more alive (as it simulates a bit of light reflecting off of them). Look up pie-shaped pupils on Google for more info.
