Have you played Portal 2? You can go through the game with dev comments and the things you learn is really horrifying. They simplified a LOT of easy puzzles just because dumb play testers would get stuck on them and get frustrated.

When I was a little kid (about 6 to 12 years old) me and my grandpa used to play the Donkey Kong games all the time and especially this one (also Kirby Avalanche which he was a beast at). Each time summer vacations arrived we would spend days, sometimes weeks at my grandparents place, play with the furniture and play the SNES. We did it so much he bought a SNES so that we didn't have to carry ours all the way there. These were the good old times. He tried to play newer games like Donkey Kong 64 or Super Smash Bros Melee but he didn't like them as much... Looking back on it, it's quite amazing he was so good at Kirby Avalanche considering he is color blind.

This is the most irritating episode of this series I think they've done. The part at the begining was ridiculous. Why do they put gameplay videos if they have no interest into playing the game. and have to speak about everything else except from the game, resulting in not paying attention to the game itself and making it painful to watch. And then while they start talking on the game, they don't even put some effort to read the manual and the fact that the elephant can put water on its mouth and throw it, and they complain. I like the couple. I like the Mondays because you have the chance to learn about some titles and hear their opinions on the game, but if they play some games just for the sake of playing them and unticking them from the to-do list, then they better not play the game until another day when they feel like it. I am starting to think they don't really enjoy these gameplays and they only do it for their viewers, Yet, playing the games without paying attention doesn't satisfy the DKC fans who expect their comments and their opinions on these games.

When Snow White dies, she comes back to life. But when Bambi's mother was killed, she didn't come back. That's why I have a deeper appreciation for Bambi more than some of the other Disney classics because there was no fairy dust or magic kiss to bring someone back to life. In Bambi, she died and she's dead forever.

Did you guys just forget how to play platformers? You're not playing the game at all to how it should be played. Camping when you should be moving, spring blocks and obstacles. There's nothing wrong with the elephant. Maybe you just need to stop talking and pay attention. You really can't play a game like this if you're not paying attention. The left and right trigger thing is an example

I dont think they don't know how to do it, they've beaten dkc1 and dkc2 that are both more difficult than dkc3. They were just joking around and i would say that since dkc3 has a far bigger enphasis on puzzles and low paced obstacles, not paying attention had a worst effect in this one than in the other two

I understand you guys want to play a game blind but you really should glance over the game manual when you guys play a new game or has been a long time. I used to read the game manual of all my NES, SNES and N64 games on the way home from after buying them.
