Such an appropriately named KZbinr. That sir was indeed Groovy. Very unique and interesting take on (arguably) my favorite piece of VG music. Like many great pieces, there were moments I didn't quite follow, but was "ahhh'd" back in beautifully. Truly great. I'm on day 2 of quarantine since testing Covid positive, and honestly been in quite a bit of pain. This not only distracted me, but escorted me on a wonderful journey. Thank you Aaron, you're the man!

So, I discovered the movie Soul on Disney Plus on Christmas Day. Just so you know, it's wonderful and is currently in my top five favorite Disney/Pixar movies. There's this scene at the very beginning of the movie where Joe, the main character, is explaining his love for Jazz music to his students. During his lesson, he starts to play the piano and while playing he gets lost or falls into the "zone" of his arrangement. The moment Aaron started playing the piano you could tell he's his happiest when he's playing and creating music. He obviously falls into the zone. This is a beautiful and wonderful arrangement of a great video game song!!! It's fantastic!

The exposition on the melody (piano part I'm not a muscian sorry) was so incredibly on point that I couldn't believe that wasn't David Wise's intention, limited by hardware at the time. Amazing, and adds an extra layer of tempo on a slow song (without making it faster)
