Hint for 101% completion: In the Level "Oil Drum Alley" there's a bonus room where you have to hit 3 single bananas in order to get a barrel - you MUST use that barrel within that same room to open a hidden path on the right wall and getting 1 additional percent. If you miss that, you'll be locked to 100% and can't get it again

You can get it, just re-enter the stage? Also you need to carry the barrel with diddy and jump to the wall on the right so Diddy goes into the next room right away, otherwise the bonus ends when the barrel breaks.

You can only leave a level by pressing start then select if you have already beat that level. The Fear Factory bonus level within a bonus level pissed me off because I looked up how to 100% the game and Google was like "how to 101% the game." I would have never known without looking it up.

You forgot the Bad Buddy Code. Highlight "Erase Data" on the menu and press B, A, Down, B, Up, Down, Down, Y then press A. This allows the 2nd Player to be able to freely swap in whenever they press the Select button in a 2-Player Game.

I may sound as old as Cranky, but I remember DYDDY and BARRAL from back in the day. Here's another hot tip: Get a Game Over on a level you've already beaten, go into the Bonus Area with the DYDDY code, get as many lives as you want, then hit Start and Select to go back to the world map with those lives you just collected.

I had just gotten internet at home on a 14.4 Kbps modem right after this game was release, and I can remember going online to look up codes for this game as my friend had an SNES, and I was a Genesis kid, and he would bring his SNES over to my house for weekends, since I again had internet we could use at night while everyone else was asleep, and we would not get yelled at for hogging the phone line, and then cheat our way through games, and yes we also used Magazines like Game Pro, EGM, Nintendo Power, etc.. as I had a subscription to Game Pro, and he had Nintendo Power.
