MOOSE is a side-series to our main Versus series, it plays like the basketball game HORSE, wherein each player takes turns picking a level, if you lose you gain one letter of the word MOOSE, the one to reach all five letters first loses! videogamelover121 Pokemon is a difficult game to do a versus or race in. You have to strategically think about forming a team that works for you, then actually find Pokemon to catch for that team, and also there's some level grinding more or less required. Meaning it'd be less of a race to finish and more of a contest to see who can get away with fighting optional battles the least.

I love the fact this game was harder than what you expected because it shows Retro Studios aren't going to pass off the difficulty for accessibility of less experienced players (well at least for the single played). That is one area that differentiates DK from Mario and Kirby and I find that levels that people rage on only take a little bit of practice to understand and beat without too many problems. Even if certain levels were more difficult than normal, beating it was always satisfying and more fun than being given an easy time.

What I don't get is that the game isn't ridiculously difficult to the point where Stephen was having trouble with Crowded Cavern yet he still called it out for being stupidly difficult. The rocket barrel levels were always such a cool and crazy addition to the game and for those less experienced were mainly optional.

Stephen did really good on that level, normally that level is complete and utter bullcrap, the game in general outside of that level is very fair, I actually had to come back to that level when I was on like world 8 my first time through because it was so difficult

spiritomb108 Maybe a little sensitive but I've gotten through them with all puzzle pieces so it wasn't particularly hideous. You've just got to get a feel for ascending and descending speed then as long as you have a decent idea of what to avoid you can at the very least complete the level.

Scott Elder They've put non-Josh and Tyler stuff on here already. Like the Mega Man versus with NintendoCapriSun, Link to the Past with the Completionist, and the original Donkey Kong Country MOOSE that also had StephenPlays. And on AttackingTucans' own channel, there's a Super Mario Galaxy versus against Donnabellez and a Sonic Adventure 2 versus against Lucahjin. That's a total of _five_ versus series' with guests, plus a one-off Mario Kart 8 blindfolded versus with Octopimp and Chad Quandt, meaning six total if you count that one-off. So yeah, maybe do a little research into what they've actually made already before you complain about them only just now doing something that they've done six times already.

Yah I got stuck on cave and didn't play for a year. Cave is the worst because every level is a vehicle level, and vehicle levels are one-hit kills, which I HATE. Luckily they fixed this in DKC tropical freeze, but in this game it's still the worst
