Gotta tell you since I've watched your "don't overplay" video, keep telling myself to hold back but strangely keep anticipating Jason's part slaying those lines, kinda love it. Thanks for making this lesson, great one.

God bless you don for this program. Am really learning a lot from you guys. Though I'm trying to find out if on that song he would use the six string bass. If okay for the solo. God bless you. Josh from Uganda

willard barrett i think it's a lot better to think that god gives us all the ability to play like them, they simply have taken the advantage to do what they love
@rodneycobb91907 жыл бұрын
IMHO, the God given talent is not playing. God gives the discipline to learn the music. I spoke with a top bassist in the industry and he says when people say "God given talent", it dismisses the many hours of practice he's put in.
@scottyshepardthesmoothdeep30817 жыл бұрын
Rodney Cobb wow never thought of it that way!? But I do believe very strongly that God can give you a talent! But that doesn't mean you can just lay around and not working on That talent, with out works faith is dead, so what I am trying to say is, that even though God layed his HAND on you for a talent!we still have to do our part to continue to receive it or completely receive it, we have to work work work on it and at it. To grow in it!! Thank you for your message.

Im subscribed, and have been a while now, purely for the musical talent, i am in no way shape or form into Gospel, but appreciate musical talent. I feel Don would slap you down faster than lightening if you done this during a performance or wherever it is you play at classing it as 'overplaying'. Smooth solo though!
@regaladonavarrete65366 жыл бұрын
Its ok, but for me original solo better because of the melody of the song. Even if you revise a little bit.
