Why ? I worked in restauration for quite some time, and I can't tell you how much work it is to "adapt" the menu for annoying clients. "I'd like a burger without cheese, a beefsteack without beef but with lamb, yes I do like vanilla ice cream but I like chocolate ice cream more, could you change the inside of the cake then ? I don't eat meat, how do you dare having nothing but a salad for vegans ? ". Then you comply, and they still complain. And these guys tip the less, from experience. I have no issue with vegans or vegetarians, I even kinda respect their comittment, but if you don't eat meat, go to a vegan restaurant. Or eat what meatless dish the restaurant offers. Just don't expect them to create georgous vegan masterpiece out of the thin air for you. Believe me, we're not paid enough for that.
