This was a very useful video because you taught us what to do with cane when it’s not grabbing you. The colors and the pattern seem very different from what you usually do. So, I wonder if that’s part of the situation. But, it’s super useful as a student to sit in on the critique and reflection process. I’m thinking this might end up evolving into something else that we will see in the future😊. But all of that said, I love the beads and the way you embellished them with the crystals. Thank you for walking us through the creative process with you.

I like it! I think we should call it the Rescue Cane…. Because you did an amazing job rescuing it, and in the end it turned out to be a great cane! ❤️❤️❤️

The Shriver method is genius! Also your method of covering scrap is genius! I love this cane! I could see it in a green and a lavender. Those are my two favorite colors together.

This session was great for me especially the covering method of the beads and the icing on the cake is the Shriver method which I will definitely use going forward. Thank you so very much ❤❤

It is a pleasure to watch your reduction process because you work in such a precise way and there's purpose behind every movement your fingers do. And the results are closer to perfect than I knew canes could be before discovering your work.

Forgive me, but I like the first bead. I’m just that way, tending to like canes in their early stages.

I enjoy the colors. I think you’re right about using turquoise instead of violet but it was easier to see what you were doing with violet. The cane reminds me of Deb Harts cane.
