Love all your videos but this is the one I’ve watched over and over. I’m gonna create my signature. Mine is actually 4 letters hooked together to form the name of my “business” ( haven’t launched yet). I’m so nervous about making the letters. Wish I could show you and get some advice. It’s actually a tat on my hand that I would be recreating with all the letters hooked together!!! Ahhhhh I will be using Kato black and white. I love Kati Polyclay. Not sure why so many say it’s hard to condition. I don’t agree and the extra time it takes is well worth the effort. Only clay I know that does what you tell it to. Excellent quality and tough!

thank you, Nana! I'm sure your signature will be great. I guess I'd recommend starting with just the letters, a simple straightforward signature. Once you're comfortable with that, then design and face any piecing challenges. I love Kato Polyclay, too. I just wish it wasn't going away. We have some time, maybe up to a year but the company will be stopping production. Makes me sad but life goes on and I can't change that. Big hugs, D

gosh, i've gotten cutters from all over, i can't tell you where they all came from! what i can say is I have a lot of sizes of round and basic shapes. i do not buy flowers, or leaves or those very specific shapes. hugs, d

That set of cutters in the plastic box that Donna showed at the beginning is made to punch holes into leather! It can be found on any of the Chinese drop shipping sites with key words like leather hole punch, cutters etc.

you could try to get letters off of credit cards. you'd need to borrow letters you don't have but that would work. hugs, d

FYI, the set of cutters in the plastic box at the beginning is made for leather work and can be found on the various chinese sites with those search terms. I just came across it and figured I'd share the information!

Okay, Sharon. Do the S first. Then map out the K on the S. Now, inserting the K means you have to remove some of the S, the width of the lines so that the K fits neatly and the S does not get out of alignment. maybe I should do this...
