One of the worst aged scenes of this movie is when they say to Cherita, "Go back to China bitch," but also one of the best scenes is when Donnie says to her, "I promise that one day, everything's gonna be better for you." because its like a turning point for him realizing who he actually is. also her wearing ear muffs was intentional by the director for her to 'tune' out being verbally abused.
