Donnie McClurkin has been very open about his struggles, he was as a child molested by a close relative which sent him into a lifetime of confusion. Good for him! He was delivered by God and not everyone will understand that. We live in a society that thinks that gay is not a choice, but really it is. If they marry and carry out their marriage with loyalty to one another there really is nothing to to discuss. At all. Even if Donnie had homosexual attraction in the past... even if he experiences them present day, and into the future... it really does not matter if (1) he is voluntarily choosing to marry this woman, and (2) they both honor their vows to stay true to one another. A straight single man may choose to engage in premarital sex. That is his choice. A straight single man may choose to abstain from sex. That is his choice. A straight married man may choose to be faithful to his wife. That is his choice. A straight married man may choose to engage in adulterous sex. That is his choice. A gay man may choose to be in a gay relationship. That is his choice. A gay man may choose to marry a woman. That is his choice. A gay man may choose to live his in singleness. Great video. Personally I don't care about his past, who he slept with, whether he's straight, bi or gay; all of that is between him, God and his fiance. I think it's a blessing when someone finds love and chooses to take an honoring vow such as marriage. Their past is their past, not for us to judge him. Everybody has something in their life they've had to grow out of, John 8:7 reminds of that. I would like to first thank God for his mercy and grace toward Donnie and Nicole and for delivering and healing them of their past. I believe that their desire to get marry is a testimony of God's goodness and greatness. As powerful as we believe and know our God is, there is nothing impossible for him. What's sad is that there are sooo many out there calling themselves believers and yet they choose to say such negative things. It is our jobs as believers to lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ and for those that are of Christ that we see stumble, we are to pick the up, pray for them and guide them in the right direction. Never ceasing in prayer that's what we are supposed to do. Bring the lost to the Lord and help them in their journey. My Blessings got to Pastor Donnie McClurkin and his beautiful bride to be Nicole Mullen. Whatever their past is their business and God's...."not ours". After all we too have a past and for those that have negative things to say, unless we are to place our past on a public board for all to see then possibly "no stones should be cast". I Thank GOD everyday from delivering me and continuing to heal me of my past and even the sins that I stumble on today. No one is perfect but truly OUR FATHER can heal any of us!!!! He has the POWER, he is ALL MIGHTY and EVERLASTING. My GOD I love you. Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the Church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever Amen."
