As another viewer here said, the “Peax Duo Headlamp” is hands-down the best out there! 70+ hours on one charge, waterproof and very durable.

Peax Backcountry Duo headlamp! Best headlamp ever made by far!

Thanks for a great pack dump video! I've been running a Black Diamond Storm 400 headlamp for the past few years and tried various other headlamps before that. Had a couple minor issues with the Black Diamond in the past but their customer service is top notch and they got me a replacement immediately so I can't complain. Recently picked up the Peax Backcountry Duo headlamp and I can agree with the other comments here. It is by far the best headlamp I've ever used. Rechargeable, bright, red light option, and built like a tank.

Been hunting Alaska all my life. Used a lot of the gear out there. There are three brands that stand way above the others. For boots, schnees. For gear, T&K hunting gear. For clothing, Sixsite. All American made except the mountain boots are made in Italy like all of them.

Awesome Review and I appreciate the honest descriptive details of the hows, what's and why's to include the terrain. Real deal! The Peax Backcountry Duo Headlamp is hands down the Best on the market! The Ghost Bull Hunting, Wickiup Rain Gear System is Alaska and PNW Tested and Proven and I'd love to get some in your hands and on you and hear your thoughts! I will never go back to Filson Tin Pants and or Grundens, or Guy Cotten Rubber Rain Gear again and built this American Made Rain Gear so we don't have to! I'll put our Rain Gear against anyone's and staying bone dry is Priceless! Thanks Donnie and great video! Take care

Idk if you've ever looked into it, but 8.6 blackout looks like a round that'd be up your alley. Not sure if they've brought polymer cases to it yet but it's definitely a cool round ballistically. Awesome guide list.

I love my Hanwag GTX, been wearing them for almost 10 years now. Although, when hunting Chamois high up in the mountains I prefer my La Sportiva Nepal GTX, they are much stabler/rigid for climbing.

Grundens is a good mention. I use Helly Hansen workwear but yeah it's the same essentially. Heavy duty, rubberized... Dry. Can def get sweaty if you're active. If you're in real downpours you can forget all that gtx, lightweight stuff. Useless.

True velocity is a gimmick, and the 6.8tvc is slower than a standard 270, the ammo is atrociously expensive, and you can't reload it. I love your videos, you always have top tier content, but the TV stuff is trash.

Lets not forget the most iseful thing you use ....the fences that keep the game on that land. You are not a hunter
