I thought Donny`s fat joke was terrible and in bad taste, all for a laugh. I am a big fan of Donnie and it takes a good man to admit to his mistake and make amends. I AM NOT a fan of Rosie, but it takes a real women to forgive. She handled it well. Love the "Puppy Love" song. So funny.

Donny is a real gentleman.Know from experience having met him and members of the original family a few times.BTW Marie is an incredibly kind woman and I abhor how she was treated on ‘The Talk’?different story...This apology was great, I saw the original, D was a bit fast in retort, but not mean.....However, Rosie is a comedian and isn’t sparing with caustic comments to get a laugh or line in media at the expense of others, so, if you can’t take it, don’t dish it out!?! I am always amazed at how many people are so easily offended and belligerent in response, then, perhaps devoid of true intellectual appreciation of humour.There are boundaries, but live by the sword?Anyway D was brilliant here, no space for nastiness.Rosie...remember this every time you or any of the daytime TV Goddesses play ‘God’, ...’let he/she, who is without sin, cast the first stone’.Peace to all!

It was part of both shows...it is called entertainment.As Liberace used to say...’laughing all the way to the bank’.Have met him on a few occasions and both he and Marie are very sweet people.Also if there was an issue, Rosie wouldn’t have featured/duetted later on his,’This is the Moment’ album.... Furthermore...a number of the hosts of such shows have become famous for their own acerbic whit and if you can ‘dish it out’, one should be able to ‘suck it up’ oneself!

@aarenmarchi46673 жыл бұрын
He would have been cancelled in 2021, this was fully appropriate for what he said. To be honest he didn't apologize enough. He literally glossed over how hurtful those comments can be, let alone even having those thoughts about others, and him being a privledged, white, rich, male isn't helping that situation Wearing a dog suite while singing is nothing compared to fatphobic bullying bullshit. Especially with hindsight now of how Rosie was treated after coming out - do you know how impactful these things were to us fat and gay kids growing up in the 90s? Hearing adults rip each other apart like that?
