Donor Interview - Krystal Owens

Krystal Owens's journey as a first-generation college student inspired her to create the “You’re Not Alone” Endowed Scholarship, a fund that supports underrepresented students in the college. Supporting first-generation students, students of color, academically and economically disadvantaged students, and bereaved students is one of Krystal’s greatest passions. Now she plans to open a new scholarship endowment to support students who overcame mental health barriers or plan to specialize in mental health practice.
