Hey Bill, I’m new to Small block Chevys and Nitrous. I have a 91 S15 with a aluminum headed pump gas 383 and it’s got a NX plate on it. I’m about to make my first ever nitrous lick here soon. I’m learning a lot from you.. I appreciate your knowledge. Trucks been mid 11s (1/4mile) on motor so it should Run pretty good on the shot.. Going to start with 100hp and go from There.
@DonCatherman2 жыл бұрын
Don't forget to take a few degrees timming out of it. 2 degrees for ever 50 hp of nitrous ...to be really safe... Have fun..she should pick up a second or so . Good luck... remember that nitrous is addictive..lol.... really it is.... I think you will be surprised..I hope so anyhow. ....and don't forget to drop plug temp..use ngk. None extended tip plugs. #8 plugs...for the 100 shot will be fine... Have fun 👍👍😎💪💯

@@DonCatherman You aren’t joking about nitrous being addictive. I remember back in the Mid nineties my girl got me a dry kit for my Fox body and I went through nine bottles in two weeks and cracked my block. I was spraying it just to feel the power difference without nobody next to me lol. It made a big difference at the time.

It’s one of the most important characteristics a person can develop. Every day you and billy deal with setbacks. Y’all always access the situation and think about where you coulda done better and then you make a plan and go. Most ppl give up and walk away. But y’all always come back better faster and stronger. I always look foward for the new content. You just do what you can do because we are all human. Some days you are the bug and some days you are the windshield (I had a bug week all last week).

Bill I was starting to wonder yesterday why you hadn’t posted and then remembered Tony and Tess were coming for some “undisclosed” shenanigans and figured you’d update when done. No worries. I am Curious what the new plate stands for? Thanks buddy. Good luck at Trails

Ok Bill here's something I've been thinking about . I have a 5.3 LS with Twin turbos and a Water to air intercooler in the intake . I've been thinking about running Nitrous or Co2 too the cooler to cool the thing off . But with your nitrous deal you had today it's got me thinking It won't work.. Still Pondering

Just curious .. Have you guys looked into a Parker Hannifin Corp. location near you for fittings and hose? Looks like there's 2 - Eaton and Columbus.. Maybe even more cost effective components that are readily available... Love your content and your real life approach to videos! 👍👍✌
