I can tell you i have been listening to this man for 8 months now.... I will say, that it took some time but i am different "In a Very Good Way"... You have to keep it up, but your mind gets stronger when you see the results.. When i feel myself slipping back to Negative-ville, I listen to Elmer... You got to reprogram your subconscience... I will ad a caveat, that if your like me and your caregivers talked to you like you were a burden, piece of shit for your formative years, you might have an uncomfortable foreign feeling/reaction, to positive, trusting thoughts about yourself.. You may even want to quit because it's so unnatural to your mal-adaptive programming.... Stick with it, and don't discuss it with people unless you really trust them....
