9:30 You know damn well that you have a pillion and yet you insist on putting yourself and the kid in danger. I don't understand what he's trying to prove. Just lucky enough that they never went under the tyres of those 2 heavy vehicles.

I really like watching these videos because their analysis & advice is spot on. I'm from the USA and I've ridden over 250,000 miles on many different bikes I've owned since my first (a 2007 Buell XB12R) on July 10, 2007... I currently have a 2009 Buell 1125R, a 2016 Aprilia RSV4 RF, and a 2018 Yamaha FJR1300. I would request that the playlist with all the videos in this series be maintained and sorted from oldest at the top to newest at the bottom so it's easier for myself and others I share it with to catch up on any missed episodes in sequence. Thank you!

that was a very dangerous way to jaywalk, I am a jaywalker myself. BUT I do exercise caution, for such traffic, at a standstill, I will not cross. If I do need to cross, I will always stick my head out to peek at oncoming traffic and if it safe, my body follows... Even while crossing the road at a junction, I will not look at my phone and still look at the direction of traffic (if there are empty lanes). It takes a driver/rider one second who is not paying attention to cause an accident, so I also play safe even when I have the right of way...

When i was learning to drive in the army my instructor said something I would never forget, that is to never put your life in another person's hands, always expect stupid people on the road. pusy mode on, stay safe and ride safe everyone!

It’s called jaywalk for a reason…. Not jayrun a lot of accidents cause by pedestrians it’s because they run.

Singaporeans Drivers and Riders are extremely bad with road markings and road signs. It is like after passing BTT, everything gives back to the books and driving schools. We don't keep to our lanes when driving or riding. We don't stop at stop line. The road markings show go straight but people want missed the opportunity to form up at a go straight and right turn junction, just stopped at the adjacent lane to turn when the road marking arrow indicate going straight. This is because we got very poor discipline and self-respect but we demand others to respect us. The bottom line is very simple, "give respect, earn respect'. We really need to learn our manners.

It's the same everywhere... I've ridden and driven in about 3/4ths of the continental USA and idiot drivers are the same here. Rules go out the window once they get their license. They just do what they want, everyone else be damned. And God help you if YOU dare get in THEIR way!!

Do you think we should ban lane splitting, like some other countries? Most, if not all of these accidents shown could be avoided if there is no lane splitting..
@maymaypapa38923 ай бұрын
no. it will cause longer queues due to bikes taking up space in the lane. and what if lorries and trucks cant stop in time and smash into the riders?
@HongSkie3 ай бұрын
Actually even if we want to is not also feasible. A lot of the riders who we see in SGV etc. is foreign rider. Just give it a thought like if you been riding or driving in a dangerous manner that is acceptable in your country for the majority of your life and nothing happenes, when you go overseas you will do the same right? Also how confident are you in all foreigners that comes to Singapore actually read and is competent in our traffic laws? Even not all Singaporeans also know their own traffic laws. So banning lane splitting which is a norm practice by our few neighbouring countries will probably not fix the problem as the probability people will still do it is high, it will just create new problems such as congestion.
@desgner_droz87163 ай бұрын
no, Singapore roads are nowhere near as wide and long as China or America, you will cause ungodly congestions if every bike counts as a car in a lane. Use a bit of logic

Confirm this type of brain don't ride a bike or even drive a car or overzealous that a biker can go thru while he or she is stuck in traffic.

No haha if no lane split, i will sell off my bike 😂 thats one of the reasons why people in SG ride.
