Take 2 pieces of 4x6 widerthan the tire by at least 6 inches on each side of the rim.raise & Rotate tire place blocks on either side of flat spot. Lower and put pressure on the blocks. You may have to raise and lower several time It should help reshape tire working the flat spot out. The idea is to get the rubber flexing. Use your tire soap and start with reasonably low pressure to let the tire start to reshape and seat on bead. Once tire is reshaped if id does not seat on bead try a quick high pressure shot. Getting the flat spot out is a big step in reseating. Good luck.

Take you some vice grips and clamp to the outside ring on the tire. Jack it up all the way. And pull on the pliers while putting air in. I drive a loader and we could get one to air up and a tire shop come and showed us how to do it. Hope this helps. It worked for us. 😊

There is a front end loader just sitting on a lot in my home town I don’t think it’s moved in 3 years. Crazy how people will just leave equipment laying.

There very solid reasons why. Never to presume it is forgotten can save a lot of heartache. However what you tell us is very interesting. Although moving those machines costs such a lot even if you own a suitable rig they commonly sit until further use is found. If it doesn't pay. It doesn't move. 👍

I use to be a tire man eons ago. Jack tire up off the ground. Pull valve core. Take two 2' er 4" ratchet straps and wrap them around the outside of the tread. With the ratchets at ten and two tighten the straps somewhat equally. A warm tire should start to round out, cold tires will need a lot more persuasion. There are some other great ideas here a combination of them should work . CAUTION when the tire starts to take air release the straps immediately or the straps will burst. Try to avoid using starting fluid.

You need to take the inner core out of the valve and that lets the air in faster, you need a big bore valve connector on the compressor dont use a valve reducer. Dont worry about the tyre it will be ok once you blow it up to about 40psi.

It seems logical that the tire is 'bent' and doesn't want to fit to the rim. You need to try the old starting fluid trick, spray it in and light it to see if that will pop the tire back out to meet the wheel. If nothing else it may warm up the tire a bit.

❤❤❤ great vid trick is soap acts as a temporary seal take core out of valve stem screw on a quick release air fitting wait for your air comp to be at max then clip the air fitting on it's the sudden high volume rush that pushs the walls out once you lose the rush of air you have to repeat if it fails dont just let the comp blow a lower volume in as it escapes to fast... You may need to lower the jack to apply some pressure on the tyre to force its wall out real bad ones I use a chain an dog around tyre to push the sidewalls out.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 some tryes take many tricks 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 also bang on the rim as you rush the air in the vibration often helps IF THE ABOVE FAILS KNEEL DOWN AND PRAY ❤❤❤❤❤

Hello Wily, Here I mentioned a Komatsu Front End Loader and you have one in this video. The bucket is like the ones that we had on our loaders for loading rock salt. The tires that were on our John Deere loaders had a 1-4 inch to 3/8 inch rubber o ring that would break and the tires absolutely would not hold air - I am not sure if the Komatsu loaders had the rubber o rings like the John Deere loaders had or not. I would definitely say that the rim has a lot of rust & crud buildup on the beads. You need one of the tire inflators for your air hose with a longer hose and the locking collar that locks onto the threaded end of the tire valve so that you don’t have to be so close to the ring on the tire - Those tire rings are very deadly.

I would not have touched that machine. It is not some old derelict. It’s out there in the middle of nowhere though. Somebody was probably looking for it. Maybe a bunch of people looking for it now. That may be a good reason why it’s setting there with the tire off the rim now. If a tire man comes, papers will be filled out. The serial number will be on record. The landowner has to do his legal business first. With multiple landowners in a relatively short time, who knows what happened when. Look out for yourself. Take care.
