I also recommend Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy and Marc Web's Spider-Man duology as someone here already mentioned. They don't exactly connect to the MCU but there's some Spider-Man lore context that you'll need from those movies that the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies will skip. They assume you already watched enough Spider-Man movies at this point. Maybe you can do that after Endgame.

Hold on! It's imperative that you watch the Disney+ series since they play a major part in the story. After Spider-Man: No Way Home, watch WandaVision. After completing Phase Four (Ends with Blank Panther: Wakanda Forever), watch the Loki series. It's especially important because movies like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness continues after a series. And so does Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

As far as how accurate this quantum stuff is to real world.... well... 1)one thing about being quantum sized is that these sizes are smaller than a photon of light which means that is basically in complete darkness. 2) right now we only have a mathematical understanding of the types of "things" or "events" that happen in "the quantum realm". The stuff that they show here in AntMan and, even Dr. Strange, are basically just quantum physics concepts but adapted to the movie in some way. "Catchyoo dons innabit"

As others have commented, Def start Watching the earlier Marvel Movies from the early 2000s, Spiderman, X-Men, Fantastic 4. It will help you understand better as you progress thru Phase 4 . P.S. So... The thing about DC movies... is that they aren't bad if you've never seen a Marvel movie (excluding the Nolan trilogy, and even man of steel. And the Gunn suicide squad was pretty good... but the rest are laughable at best. Totally not a biased Marvel fan) I love how people are like "I'm not a movie fan" or "I've never liked marvel stuff" and then they sit down, and watch a couple movies, and get completely invested in it, and get just as excited as I was for watching the next movie.

actually dont watch the dc movies yet (except for the good ones: man of steel, dark knight, etc) and just continue with the marvel shows since they are kinda ur style and arent too long in length. OH AND ALSO, phase 4 doesnt start with black widow, it starts with the wandavision show which u need to see to understand dr strange M.O.M, so yeah for phase 4 it combines both movies and tv shows so u need to get a diff list
