Dontrelle Willis was a great pitcher. Won NL Rookie of the Year and the World Series in the same year with the Florida Marlins. I think he bounced around a bit and played for 4 or 5 teams. I can't remember. Apparently he does Dodgers broadcasts but i don't think he ever played for them but he is from California.

Baseball always comes down to little things. It’s a game of inches may be more than any other sport as far as Mr. Juan Soto goes. I will say this I don’t care how talented he is. There is something about this guy that I have never liked and his defense is atrocious His comments after this game and it was right after the game was over to me or pathetic and very, very self-absorbed and very selfish he is the epitome of a mercenary and I would not want him on my team just because he’s talented. By the way there was an injury to the Padres starter Dodger killer Musgrove at the wrong time if Joe was able to pitch game 5 as a Dodger killer the Padres would be facing the Yankees .The Padres also beat the Dodgers 11 times out of 17 and lost by one game in the playoffs that has to do a lot with the non clutch money grubbing Machado that didn't show up in the playoffs either but I just wanted to point out the fact that the Padres would have put up a better stronger World Series as a repeat from 84 World Series against the Yankees again if they would have played the Yankees cuz they were Padres were definitely already successful against the Dodgers 11 out of 17 times in 2024 now who can claim that that the only team that beat the Dodgers not only in the year but trounced them consistently the San Diego PADRES Padres collapsed in the last 24 Innings going over 0424 without scoring which is unheard of for the entire franchise this is never happened to the Padres 0 for 24 makes you think that there was some network pay out... payment deal Wink wink behind the scenes San Diego Padres did not go the whole year being zero for 24 innings suspiciously not scoring really...?? I really believe if Joe Musgrove had pitched game 5 against the Dodgers he's always been successful against them especially in the playoffs without a doubt since he was injured I believe the Padres would be playing the Yankees without hesitation And maybe the MLB came into the Padres wink I said here's some upcoming 2025 loan money just please let the big bucks of the network see the Dodgers and the Yankees and the Padres backed out and told the players to shut it down 0 for 24 Innings does not make any sense
