lol i used to go to the mall wearing a huge maxi dress and i'd just go into urban outfitters and american apparel, slip some shorts on, or a dress or two, underneath the maxi dress and walk tf out ✌️✌️✌️ i didn't even use the changing rooms, i just acted like i was trying stuff on real quick in the middle of the shop floor 😂 never got caught. but DAMN did it feel good to get those $80 mom shorts from american apparel for free, at least in 2010 when they were the only place you could find them.

Go to a comedy club and time every set. They vary greatly because everyone is on a different level with different material. That's why headliners typically have openers.

Generally a tight 5 and a tight ten are common opening set lengths. Gives the comedian time to shape the material inside of the allotted time.
