I walked up to you right after you signed his paperwork and asked you if you just purchased something that was going to piss your wife off. You had the happiest look on your face and this glazed look in your eyes and explained it was for his license. You were definitely having a great time!

19:08 - the 'thunk' when the door closes telling us how much Steel there is in that body, then the starter motor fighting against the compression,... and that noise when it starts, that's what a big block is supposed to sound like. And having a great story, for a racing family, this is what real drag racing is all about.

I just love seeing this kind of content! It takes me back to the early 00's at Atco raceway. We had something called high school night where you could run whatever you had as long as you paid the track fee. If you didn't have a helmet you could rent one. Good times, the best times.

I was there on Saturday, good times. I under estimated how many cars and people would attend, no same day racing entry. Did get to see the Chevelle and Mr Frieburger at the wheel of his 32 in the pits. Many way kool hot rods and folks. Cheers !

Brother! I just got my first “unit” at nearly 40. 600hp bmw 550i GT. Still building on my 89 k1500 for anything and everything kinda rig. Def wish I could race more often in any class but life jams things up usually.

I know the Chevelle I raced with it on the same events The engine builder is Thomas Engelage from Bremen . The car in Germany was owned Jens koennecke . The same guy bought a 1966 nova from me before he bought this car . What a cool feat to see this car back in the states ….
