No shit dude, I hope you're feeling better. I'm AD Navy, in an LPO position and shits been piling up. It sucks to feel stressed and depressed. It's super lonely and no matter how hard you try to NOT be in that headspace you end up there anyways. You're human. It's okay to be sad but there are plenty of people who you can look to for help.

Donut, I feel you so much on this, I battle with depression with my bipolar disorder. The last two years have been very difficult for many of us. Those of us that never have really dealt with depression before are fighting it hardcore. I'm glad to see that instead of letting it beat you down you got out and did something. It's never easy to do that, but the best way to fend off depression is to do the things your mind is telling you you don't want to do. Go spend time with friends, go for a walk, just try to do something. Even I have trouble with this and will sleep all day or just sit staring blankly at the wall. Just be safe on your road trip wherever it may take you. I hope that this gives you the much-needed reprieve from the daily grind to help you fight your current bout of depression. ~Someone who understands and empathizes with you 🤗

Also, little fact the house they used in the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre in 2003 is in Granger, Tx. It's in Granger, off of Highway 95 and County Road 336. You can see the house from the highway. It's privately owned by a family and sits on a working farm so anyone who sees this and might go there, they have don't trespass signs and cameras. They will and not hesitate to shoot you if you ignore these warnings. They don't mind a couple quick photos from the road but keep it moving. Respect their privacy and their neighbors.
